Last time, we sent to the International Music Festival of Youth in Europe the Little Cherries (Jazz group) from Kagoshima City Murasakibaru Elementary School and the Djembe Group (African drums), consisting of children from the village of Mishima in Kagoshima as a part of our projects.
And we hear that Kagoshima City Boy’s Choir also participated in the same music festival in Europe twice as a dispatch from Kagoshima city with great success.
We are sure that the music festival in Europe does contribute to the promotion of art and culture in local community, as well as the education for young people.

Hyperdia (see link below) is the best place to check routes and fares.
The quickets and easiest (but not the cheapest) way would be by JR Narita Express to Tokyo (or Shinagawa) and then Kodama shinkansen to Mishima.
