		Miss Match is a bit of a mismatch for producer Darren Star.
		The idea for Miss Match surfaced early last year when Samantha Daniels, a divorce-attorney-turned-matchmaker in New York who wanted to sell her story, was introduced to Star by the William Morris Agency.
		Miss Match will be tweaked: Aside from the emphasis on Kate's Cupid skills, those involved with the show hope to add humor, explore Kate's relationship with her dad and more fully develop secondary characters.
