destinationCRM.com: Tracking Calls Across the Hosted Universe
For instance, companies like Five9, Contactual, Echopass, and UCN provide hosted contact center solutions, and, according to research from DMG Consulting, "Hosted Contact Centers are Ready for Prime Time," 20 to 30 percent of all new contact center seats will be hosted by 2007.
Not a true CRM solution, an updated CosmoCall Universe does allow contact centers to integrate with database apps and speech application platforms, while supporting standalone IP telephones.
One notable enhancement of CCU Version 4.5 is the addition of a new module, CosmoTracker, an interaction history-tracking option that supports customer touch points like voice, email, and chat.

RPGamer - News Bulletin - Stargate Worlds Gets a Promotion
Cheyenne stated that Stargate Worlds, while still in pre-production, is a project with a wide scope and a large universe to cover, with backstory from a feature-length film and two different television series.
Stargate Worlds will not be shown at this years E3 conference; instead, it will likely be shown at E3 2007.
Character types in discussion now include both humans and aliens (such as the Jaffa, or other races featured on the television shows), and alien civilizations -- both present ones and those long extinct -- will be a part of the game, as aliens are a part of the television series.

Probing the Early Iniverse with the PLANCK Surveyor
PLANCK is due to be launched in 2007 into a deep space orbit which will provide an environment suitably free of radio and infra-red interference to avoid degradation of the data from the mission.
The primary aim of the PLANCK mission is to make crucial measurements of a faint source of infra-red radiation known as the Cosmic Microwave Background which fills all of the Universe.
The results of the PLANCK project are set to have a revolutionary impact on cosmology, the study of the origin and evolution of the Universe as a whole.

 postDarwin
Although not alone as a harbinger of cosmic life propagated from Earth, the Kepler Mission (scheduled by NASA in 2007 to monitor 100,000 stars for orbiting Earth-size planets) deserves extraordinary attention because of its significance as the first space mission to search specifically for terrestrial-like planets.
Other than that which may be surmised through extrapolation, knowledge of the Universe beyond the boundaries of the observable universe of any communicating planet ("observable universe" as circumscribed by state-of-the-technology of evolving intelligent life) is directly proportional to the degree to which an exchange-relay of knowledge exists between communicating planets with overlapping "observable universes.
Consistent with cosmic life principles of reciprocity, oneness, and life perpetuity, forelawsship in The Age of Cosmic Genealogy on Earth speaks to the deep human need to know from whence we came as well as to the need for meaning and purpose equally paramount to all intelligent life.

Quintessence (November 2000) - Physics World - PhysicsWeb
Quintessence, a sublime substance, may permeate the universe, marking an end to the epoch that saw the formation of stars and galaxies, and the beginning of an epoch of cosmic acceleration.
For quintessence, however, the gravitational force is repulsive, and this causes the expansion of the universe to accelerate.
Measurements by the MAP and Planck satellites (launch dates 2001 and 2007, respectively) may be able to detect these effects, which will be at the level of a few per cent, although it will be difficult to separate them from other effects.

HoustonChronicle.com - NASA to retire Hubble telescope
The bus-size telescope, which has been sending home spectacular images of the universe for over a decade and forced the rewriting of astronomy textbooks, will continue its mission until it wears out -- likely by 2007 or 2008, Grunsfeld said.
Since that was replaced by spacewalking astronauts in 1993, the telescope has delivered images that helped scientists measure the size of the universe and pinpoint its age at 13.8 billion years.
The shuttle is to be retired by 2010, leaving no time for an additional Hubble mission.

 BUTS SCIENTIFIQUES
On a longer term, 2 space projects are decided: MAP must be launched by NASA in 2002 and the ESA mission PLANCK will yield a definite map of the primordial anisotropies starting in 2007.
There is therefore a rather direct link between the distribution of energy in the fluctuations at various scales and global information (that cannot be reached by other means) such as the primordial anisotropy spectrum and the cosmological parameters describing the state of the Universe at the moment when the anisotropies were frozen.
During this epoch, the matter fluctuations, which are bound to develop by the gravitational instability into galaxies, clusters of galaxies and the large-scale structures of the Universe, have a very weak amplitude (few parts per million).

CERN Itanium system powers large Hadron collider
A LARGE Hadron Collider that has a circumference of 27 kilometres and to start operations in 2007 is being designed and tested using an Itanium 2 cluster, Intel said.
Intel said that the data and images will be studied by particular boffins "in search of new particles and phenomena that provide clues to the origin of the Universe." Intel doesn't necessarily believe that God made the universe, it appears.
The Large Hadron Collider grid will have to distribute data at 1,500MB a second over a decade, with the raw bits and bits being analysed at 150 computing centres worldwide.

 World's Largest Working Computing Grid
When the LHC experiments start in 2007, they are expected to reveal new physics processes that were crucial in building the Universe we see today, and shed light on mysteries such as the origin of mass.
By 2007, this Grid will have the equivalent of 100,000 of today's fastest computers working together to produce a 'virtual supercomputer', which can be expanded and developed as needed.
Particle physics experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), currently under construction at CERN in Geneva will produce around 15 Petabytes of data each year - 15 million, billion bytes.

 JENAM 2002 - Programme - WS HCP
In particular, they showed consistently that the Universe is flat, but dominated by an elusive cosmological constant that cannot be completely ruled out, at least for the time being.
The Cosmic Microwave Background, the Supernovae searches and galaxy cluster data, namely via X-rays and Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect were and are among the most prolific giving detailed information about the geometry, age and structure formation of the Universe.
After the successes of MAXIMA-1, Bommerang, DASI (CMB), Supernovae Searches and the onset of high resolution Sunyaev-Zel'dovich measurements, the decade starts with new CMB observation satellites, (MAP 2001 and Planck 2007) with cosmological polarization detections, and promises like Supernovae observatory satellite SNAPSAT and experiments like ACBAR and Bolocam.

"a few of string theory's extra dimensions might be wound loosely enough to be detected in {the Large Hadron Collider facility at CERN that should become operational in 2007}.
I think that according to the idea of suppersummetry, under the high-energy conditions of the early universe, there was free exchange of energy between all the dimesions.
"Dimensionality of the universe" or "Dimensionality of String Theory" are possibilies, but I have not seen these terms used in the string theory literature in relation to the issue discussed here.
