Mississauga Transit (MT) is the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada's public transportation operation.
The transit system connects with Brampton Transit to the north, Oakville Transit to the west, and the TTC to the east, including the Islington and Kipling subway stations on the Bloor-Danforth line.
Mississauga Transit's paper Ride Schedule ended in 2004 and all schedules from 2005 onward were viewed from their system's website only.

Mississauga Transit implemented a transit service to take passengers from or near their front door to a GO station in the morning, and from the station to home in the afternoon.
Mississauga Transit believes that since Meadowvale is still developing as a community, there is a continuous stream of new residents who are taking advantage of the service.
Most of the GO transit parking lots are very large and many passengers during this period told Mississauga Transit that they preferred to use the shuttle service rather than walk to their parked car.

Smaller versions were also published in the Mississauga News daily paper and produced as posters and distributed as part of the schools package to give the campaign additional "reach" and serve as another reminder to motorists to turn their engines off when parked.

Since March, 1996, TTC staff have been involved in attempting to mediate a dispute between the Burnhamthorpe Residents for Traffic Safety (BRTS) and Mississauga Transit (MT), the former of whom wish to have MT buses removed entirely from Burnhamthorpe Road east of Highway 427.
Not only has the local residents’ issue not been resolved to their satisfaction, but the interests of transit customers have been sacrificed, for almost three years now, in an effort to force MT to take action that would, effectively, reduce the efficiency and customer convenience of its transit services.
The transit customers who transfer between TTC and MT at Islington Station, and who have been caught in the middle of this unfortunate dispute, have been inconvenienced enough.
