		The Raider is a mid-size pickup truck from Mitsubishi Motors and will debut in the fall of 2005 as a 2006 model.
		The Raider is built in the United States by DaimlerChrysler and is related to the Dodge Dakota.
		Note that Dodge used to sell a model called the Raider from 1986 to 1990, which was a rebadged Mitsubishi Montero.

		I bought the Raider used with 104,000 miles and I am not sure what the previous owner had done to the vehicle.
		I heard the Mitsubishi 4 cylinder engine is one the best engines and very low maintence.
		I also use the Raider to drive on lava rock trails that lead to the beaches, it's a bumpy ride but the Raider handles it well.

		They put in a v6, instead of a turbo 4, to try and market to adults and your right- It was a mistake, but they had a lot of problems because the younger buyers wouldn't finish paying their cars off.
		People forget that vehicles are supposed to be serviced and at the recommended intervals, most americans are too lazy to do this or think it is the coporate way of getting their money.
		I say all this to say that my experience with Mitsubishi "quality" was great, and I would love to see Mitsubishi import the truck they sell in Australia.
