		The Government of Ontario has announced its intention to mandate the use of the RAI-MH in in-patient psychiatry with the ultimate expectation that resources will be allocated based on the case mix algorithm derived from RAI-MH data.
		Case mix is by definition a system that classifies people into groups that are homogeneous in their use of resources.

		My main point is that the extreme reactions I had to the SSRI, (which in hindsight resembled similar actions and states-of-mind back in college and high school,) were due to the fact that I was misdiagnosed years ago, as a teenager, as having Unipolar Major Depression.
		I think it needs to be explained more thoroughly that when SSRIs are given to people who have an underlying predisposition to bipolar disorder, it can actually usher in a manic, hypomanic, or mixed episode among those people who are taking them.
