		The Miyazaki Prefecture’s “Miyazaki Prefecture Development Policies of Human Rights Education,” introduced in 2005, includes a section on “Problems faced by gender minorities.” This section recognizes persisting discrimination and prejudice based on sexual orientation as well as gender, and urges active steps toward accepting sexual diversity.

		I arrive at 3:30 pm in the afternoon to Narita and I am looking for the most affordable way of transportation to Miyakonojo, Miyazaki, or Kagoshima.
		The best way is to fly from Tokyo's domestic Haneda Airport to Miyazaki Airport (2 hours) and then take an airport bus to Miyakonojo (1 hour), however, if you arrive in Narita Airport at 15:30, it could be difficult to catch the last flight to Miyazaki, which leaves Haneda Airport at 19:05.
		Another option would be to catch the night bus from Tokyo to Fukuoka, departing Tokyo Shinjuku at 19:00 and arriving in Fukuoka's Hakata Station at 9:25 (15,000 Yen one way), and then take another bus to Miyakonojo, departinf Fukuoka at 9:50 and arriving in Miyakonojo around 13:30 (5500 Yen one way).
