The Origins of the Hazaras page 2
Given the recurrent attacks by Moghol soldiers on the area, and the ensuing settlement amongst, and contact with, the people of this area of Central Asia, it is inevitable that the Moghols must have played a formative role in the culture and development of the Hazara people.
Furthermore, the Hazaras are partly descended from relatives of Moghol warriors, serfs, and descendants of Moghol feudal lords, themselves related to Changiz’z commanders.
In the travelogues of Oghouz, the original ancestor of the Moghols, the people of this area are referred to as Qarloq, meaning the “children of snow”, because of its cold climate (ibid:23).

At the beginning of the seventh century, the Moghols advanced on Iran, decimating the countryside in the process and conquering all the lands between Baghdad in the far west and the Chinese coast in the far east.
During the period of Moghol consolidation, China itself was experiencing a renaissance of sorts, as art and other elements of "high culture" achieved greater prominence within Chinese society.
However, as time and Moghol imperialism stabilized the cultural transactions between Iran and China, the artists of the Persian tradition accepted the influence of Chinese culture on their own terms, utilizing the specific techniques of Oriental painting in the cause of Iranian art.

Moghol is a Mongolic language spoken in Afghanistan by a few people around Herat.
In the 1970s, when the German scholar Michael Weiers did fieldwork on the language, only a small number of people, mostly over the age of 40, knew the language, and in general, their knowledge of the language was passive.
In all likelihood the Moghol language has fallen into desuetude.

About Safavids: Why Shiism and not Persianization??
Along with esmAiilieh, during the moghol rule, the ghollAt-e Shi'a represented many movements across the land occupied by the Moghols, although not unified in their ideology.
I think if their original goal had been just to be the unifiers of Iran, maybe they would never have bothered with Shiism as their flag of unification and would have used "Persianization" as their flag of unity from start, the same way GhaznaviAn had done in the pre-Moghol era.
Nonetheless, Safavids may still have adopted Shi'a as their religion (and not as their flag of unifying Iran), because most of he Iranian movements during Moghols had some new Islamic religion which was not one of the four Sunni sects, contrary to the time of GhaznaviAn.

The Origins of the Hazaras page 2
Once again, while Moghol and Turkic influence in the formation of the Hazara race cannot be denied, it is not accurate to consider them as the original or only ancestors of the Hazaras.
Of course, this is not to deny the influence of the Moghols on the Hazara peoples, for the dominant influence of the Moghols, Tajiks, and the Turks, more than any other peoples, is self-evident.
One is example is the Ephthalites(425-566 A.D.), a tribe of Moghols who, at the time of the reign of the Sassanids, invaded Balkh and Khiva, and gained access via Takharistan to kabul and Zabul.

Kurds & Formation of Central Government in Iran-Second Edition
As I have shown in this paper, the Kurdestans of Turkey, Iraq, and Syria were all part of the Ottoman Empire and they had a separate economic and political development from the Kurdestan of Iran, even before the Safavid Dynasty, and since times before the Safavids, they have lived apart from the Iranian Kurdestan.
In the governments which were set up by descendants of the Moghol conquerors, Holakoois, Aljatioon, and Teymooris, not only Iranians gained strictly important roles, but the process of re-Iranianization was speeded up due to popular uprisings and feudal rebellions.
Actually at the time of Moghols, Iran's Kurdistan was under the rule of Ardalans, and later on, during the Safavids, Ardalan rule continued with Sanandaj as its capital, and Kurdistan had semi-autonomy within Iran, and its situation has been completely different from Ottoman Kurdistan.
