Sarwar had skipped national trials for the Azlan Shah last year citing domestic problems as the reason after being criticized by the national selectors for decline in his form.
Sarwar was finally shown the door by the national selectors soon after the trials for last year's Amstelveen Champions Trophy, forcing him to call it a day.
Sarwar said after being officially asked by Oltmans to join the camp, he had decided to come out of retirement which was forced upon him by the PHF.

Mohammad Sarwar (born 18 August 1952, Pirmahal Pakistan) is a politician in the United Kingdom, the Labour member of Parliament for Glasgow Central, Scotland.
Sarwar was suspended from holding office within the Labour Party in 1997 when he was charged with election offences, but he was acquitted in 1999 and the suspension was lifted.
The returning officer announced the result from a platform with no candidates, and Sarwar later made a speech from the floor of the hall.

But on the 27th July 1948, as he moved forward with six of his men to cut their way through a barbed wire barrier, he died when his chest was riddled by a burst of heavy machine gun fire.
