The Commissioner for Education in Kaduna State, Alhaji Mohammed Bello Umar Kagarko was honoured with an award by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders in Kagarko Local Government in conjunction with the Kagarko Local Government Area Council.
The award was given to the recipient last week for his visionary leadership and immense contribution to the development of the local government area and the state.
Receiving the award, Alhaji Mohammed Bello uamr Kagarko thanked the PDP stakeholders and the Kagarko Local Government Council for giving him the award, and assured that he will not fail his people.
