Among the national air companies, the biggest share of passenger transport market is held by the state airline Air Moldova, with 55% or 14,761 passengers carried, followed by Moldavian Airlines with 13% or 3,464 passengers, the rest of national companies taking only 3% of the total number of passengers.
The largest share of transports was held by Carpatair with 9.2% or 2,458 passengers, Turkish Airlines with 8.4% or 2,243 passengers and Austrian Airlines with 5,9% or 1,568 passengers.

Passenger volumes were up 10 percent to 253,000, of which Moldavian airlines carried 73.5 percent.
Among the foreign airlines serving the market, Turkish Airlines lifted 11.8 percent, Austrian Airlines 5.1 percent, and Club Air 4.3 percent of total passenger volumes.
