His body was found by his son, Mark Calvin Gabriel, in his jeep (DLA-141) parked on the roadside in Sitio Bulog, Barangay Santa Maria, Moncada, Tarlac, at around 3 a.m.

TARLAC CITY (29 Oct.) -- From a starting capital of only P40,000 in 1991, the Moncada Women's Credit Cooperative (MWCC) of Moncada, Tarlac, is now a multi-million-peso financial institution with current asset base of more than P43 million.
The all-woman cooperative was founded by now municipal mayor, Estellita M. Aquino, with the objective of providing an alternative source of financing as well as savings program for local households.
Moncada produces from 180 to 200 bags of organic fertilizer every month, sold to farmers at P150 per 50-kilo bag.
