 Album - Money And Cigarettes
"Money and Cigarettes" (two things which Clapton reminded himself to take as he left the house) sounds as though it was put together by a group of seasoned studio professionals.
Interestingly this is the first album to be released on E.C.'s own "Duck" label although stylistically it strongly resembles his previous RSO releases.
Money Cigarettes is a great example of Clapton's developed voice, still a little thinner than it is today but his voice has the pain and feeling of a man that has been broken countless times.

 Money by Pink Floyd Songfacts
The four cornerstones of the album, which is essentially a theorum on the aspects of life that we all have to face, are life, money, time and death.
on the album money is the first song of the B side, and it seems to fit more seeing it links right into us and them at the end and with the sax.
Money is about dealing with finances as an adult and realizing either how important or unimportant money really is. Us and Them is like an older person comparing himself with the younger people that he sees now and the differences or simalarities that exist between them.

Blood Money, MP3 Album Music Download at eMusic
Released simultaneously with Alice, a recording of songs written in 1990, Blood Money is a set of 13 songs written by Waits and Kathleen Brennan in collaboration with dramatist Robert Wilson.
Musically, however, Blood Money is a far more elegant, stylish, and nuanced work than the earlier recording.
In all, Blood Money, like its sister, Alice, is a record steeped in musical and lyrical traditions barely remembered by popular culture and hence very rarely evoked (from carnival marches to tarantellas, primitive tangos, and early 20th century jazz).

Fast Money - Birdman - Similar Albums
Dirty South haters are going to point out that Fast Money covers the same old tired topics Cash Money releases have beaten to death for nearly a decade and a half.
Yes, thugging, big pimping, spitting bravado, and boasting about the quality of Cash Money women and weed are all over Birdman's sophomore release, but Cash Money's CEO shows that his pimp hand is strong, giving his entire roster the Dirty South blueprint for a perfect weekend album.
To call it a guilty pleasure would be ignoring how taut the album is, how the momentum of it all steamrolls over the listener, and how Cash Money has separated itself from No Limit and its ilk with one engrossing release.

Harmonium » Archive » Gang Gang Dance - God’s Money
While many modern albums seem to be nothing more than disjointed collages of songs forced together to earn the band members hamburger money, God’s Money seems like one cohesive idea all the way through.
One should go into God’s Money without any assumptions as to what they’re about to hear, as this would allow the listener to simply hear the progression of ideas throughout the album.
This is the magic of this album: sounds repeat themselves and stretch indeterminately between tracks, which creates a stretch at the end of the album that washes over the listener.

Each album should be different, and I think that’s how most artists see it.
The beat is catchy, the hook is memorable, and the song sounds “heavy.” The song is on point, and is a noteworthy addition to the album.
The album is worse than Amerikaz Nightmare, and even if G-Unit or Mobb Deep are your favorite artists, think before buying on this one.

An album for those who find the modern paranoid "Get them all, get the lot." consensus has become an uninhabitable headspace, an open window on other available 'realities' where true peace is not just a distant dream but a self-evident presence.

Underground Music Review: Tom Waits - Blood Money    (Rock)
The weaker of the two collections, Blood Money, is based on a play Wilson directed in 2000 that dealt with murder and insanity, topics Waits had long exploited through his music’s off-balanced characters.
Judging on the merits of the album alone, Alice gives Waits a chance to merge his theatric strangeness with the somber, bleak vitality of the rock music he was writing at around the same time.
Because Blood Money is the most recently penned batch of songs from him and Brennan — not including a stray soundtrack contribution here or there — it's a little disconcerting that so much of the album simply rehashes his (and our) favorite moments.

Steal Yer Lunch Money, MP3 Album Music Download at eMusic
In high school, the future members of female punk rockers the Donnas were known as the Electrocutes, and actually recorded an album that was never released during that initial band's existence.
Three years after the fact, in 1999, Sympathy for the Record Industry saw fit to exhume Steal Yer Lunch Money from the vaults in the wake of the Donnas' breakthrough to a cult indie audience.
The Electrocutes don't quite compare to the Donnas, as the group's musical skills were still in the gestational period; still, one cannot deny a certain Ramones-meet-the Shaggs appeal to the proceedings, sloppy though they may get.

He views both albums as stages in his development providing the listener with “Seeds”.  Mark goes on to explain “The tracks are short ‘cos they only bring you in touch with what I’m potentially going to come up with.”  These seeds were set to bear the fruit of Mark’s progress.
As it is easy to see when listening to the album, Money Mark is a man fascinated not only by music but by the sound of other peoples music and “Push The Button” is an exploration of these two fascinations, a trip on which Money Mark has, thankfully, allowed us all to be invited.
And so it falls to our man Money Mark to produce one of the greatest fusions of the mainstream and the underground to have emerged for many years.
