It's come to my attention that the owners of the fairly new townhouse on lower Vermont St (929-939 Vermont) have contracted for the removal of the 2 large 50'+ Monterey Cypress and 1 Monterey Pine at the back of their property between Vermont & Kansas at the end of this month.
The original construction of these townhouses denuded much of the old growth in the area (clearly visible as you drive north on 101 jsut south of hospital curve).
