  Bradford Monthly Meeting
In 1719, a meeting for worship was established for the winter here known as "Brandywine Forks" or simply "Forks" by Kennett Monthly Meeting.
Bradford Monthly Meeting was established in 1737 by Chester Quarterly and the meeting for worhsip and the prep meeting at Bradford were transferred to the Monthly Meeting at that time.
The Hicksite branch of the meeting merged with Uwchlan monthly meeting in 1883 to form the Bradford-Uwchlan Monthly meeting, but this meeting was discontinued in 1901and the members transferred to Sadsbury Monthly Meeting.

 Exeter Monthly Meeting
Meetings for Worship were first held at the home of George Boone, Sr., who had settled on a 400 acre tract in western Oley, and occasionally at the home of Anthony Lee, who had acquired land in eastern Oley.
In 1737 a larger, round-log meeting house was erected and a request granted by Gwynedd for the establishment of a monthly meeting to be called "Oley," of which George Boone, Jr., was appointed the first Clerk, with Anthony Lee.
A number of meetings had begun to be established in the area under the care of Oley or Exeter, beginning with Maiden Creek, granted preparative meeting status in 1735 by Gwynedd.

 Fairfax (Waterford) Monthly Meeting
Fairfax Monthly Meeting of Friends was established in 1744, and was set off from Hopewell Monthly Meeting Frederick County, Virginia.
The first meeting of Fairfax Monthly Meeting was held at Fairfax Meeting house on the 26th of 4th month 1745; it was agreed that the monthly meeting should be held in alternate months at Fairfax Meeting house and at Monoquesy Meeting house (the latter in Maryland).
A meeting for Worship was allowed as an indulged meeting in 1768 and was called South Fork Meeting, the meetings being at first held in the house of Isaac Votaw.

 Hopewell Monthly Meeting
When the ancient monthly meeting of Chuckatuck was divided in 1737 (see Yearly Meeting and Nansemond sketch) part of it was appointed to convene "in the meeting house near Leowin Bufkins'".
It is highly probable that the newly divided monthly meeting circulated between the Southern Branch and Western Branch Meeting Houses in its sessions, then as the former meeting grew weaker and the latter stronger and the monthly meeting was permanently settled at Western Branch taking its name.
In 1738 the Virginia Yearly Meeting was held "at our meeting house at the Western Branch" and under the date of 1753 the representatives to the Yearly Meeting from the "Western Branch Quarterly Meeting" are, John Denson, Samuel Hargrave, Thomas Trotter and William Ealey (Eley).

 A Brief History of York Monthly Meeting
What is now the east portion of the meeting house was completed in 1766 and has been continually used by the Society since then, giving rise to the claim of being the city's oldest house of worship still in use.
After these meetings the raised panel partitions that run through the center of the meeting house would be raised and lowered to transform the interior into one large room for Meeting for Worship.
York was established as a Monthly Meeting in 1786 with William Kersey appointed clerk of the meeting.

 Concord Monthly Meeting
In its own earliest records the meeting was designated “a monthly meeting held at the house of Henry White” (or Caleb Bundy, etc.) A little later it was “a monthly meeting held in Pasquotank at Symons Creek” (or at Newbegun Creek, or occasionally, at Little River).
At the meeting in 3rd month, 1702, it was agreed that the monthly meeting sould be held thereafter at the hosue of Caleb Bundy, and that the first day meetings should alternate between the house of Stephen Scott and the house of Henry White.
At a quarterly meeting, held 4th of 4th month, 1698, a change in the dates for holding quarterly meetings was agreed upon; it was also agreed that the last seventh day of 7th month in every year should be Yearly Meeting at the house of Francis Toms and Elder.

Presidents Report: Larry opened the meeting by advising attendees that the our street dedication to the City of Hurricane was complete and advised the group that he asked a representative from the city be present to address us on the applicable laws associated with the change of the Streets being owned by the city.
Larry opened the meeting welcoming attendees and announced that the agenda item of Scott Keller Request would be tabled and held over until 4/14/05 at which time the monthly meeting would continue.
The monthly cost for each of the common areas is $65 per month and for yard maintenance, it is $33 for the front yard and $20 for the rear (which is the same as we have been paying to previous contractors this year).

The meeting site for the county meeting is: Banjara Indian Restaurant in the Town and Country Village shopping center just north of the Sunnyvale mall.

 SCRC Monthly Meeting Notices
Monthly meeting are generally held the first Tuesday of each month with exceptions caused by holidays, etc. During the summer months, June through September, the meetings are held at the club's flying site.
All other meetings are held at the Central Pa. Institute of Science and Technology, (formerly known as the Centre County VoTech School) in Pleasant Gap.
The meeting was held on the front porch of the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology due to stormy weather and the fact that we were locked out.

But, I do not have my newsletter yet, and there may be people that want to go to the meeting and are not members yet and also want to know who the speaker is as well.
I do not know who is speaking this meeting (November) and December typically is the Christmas party with prizes for the favorite animal.
I heard that this year there may be prizes for the picture(s) of your favorite herp so that people don't have to brave the elements with the animal(s) in question.
