| | Exeter Monthly Meeting |
 | | Meetings for Worship were first held at the home of George Boone, Sr., who had settled on a 400 acre tract in western Oley, and occasionally at the home of Anthony Lee, who had acquired land in eastern Oley. |
 | | In 1737 a larger, round-log meeting house was erected and a request granted by Gwynedd for the establishment of a monthly meeting to be called "Oley," of which George Boone, Jr., was appointed the first Clerk, with Anthony Lee. |
 | | A number of meetings had begun to be established in the area under the care of Oley or Exeter, beginning with Maiden Creek, granted preparative meeting status in 1735 by Gwynedd. |
