		Meanwhile, the Moody Gardens proposal appears to be advantageous for the city.
		Indeed, the winning proposal states that Moody Gardens, a nonprofit run by the island's most prominent old-money family, will subsidize all operating losses at the golf course, which could require additional contributions of $350,000 to $500,000 a year.
