	The Deadmines
		While not necessary, the second part of The People’s Militia sends you after Defias Pillagers and Looters, which can be found around Moonbrooke when parts 5 and 6 of this quest take you there.
		You can either head for the Jangolode Mine and follow the road south until you find the messenger, or head for Moonbrook and kill Defias Pillagers and Looters while you wait for the messenger to respawn.
		He will show up as a neutral npc, so he should be easy to spot.

		(The messenger spawns on the road in Moonbrook and walks along the road up to the mine and back).
		As you can see, there is a lot of prep work for doing the Deadmines instance, but you can actually complete all but 2 of the quests without even going inside.
