		Give it another shot with WD-40, and if that doesn't do the trick, unless someone else has another suggestion, I'd recommend looking for a junked Integra with a moonroof and working a deal with the junkyard you've found it for salvaging the moonroof motor.
		It will be a lot cheaper than going to a dealership to have it fixed.
		Obviously the motor that powers your moonroof is fine.
