Trustees meeting Wednesday saw a revised renovation plan and a 10,000-square-foot addition to the Planetarium and Science Center, but administrators said the improvements won't start for several years.
The price for work on the planetarium -- including a complete overhaul and new entrance -- is now estimated at $35 million, and will require another request for money from the state Legislature, as well as private donations.
