Doe Gully is an unincorporated community along the Potomac River in Morgan County in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle.
Located along the old Baltimore and Ohio Railroad where it bisects a bend in the Potomac by way of the Randolph Tunnel, Doe Gully is only accessible by way of Doe Gulley Lane (County Route 18/2) from Orleans Road (County Route 18/1).
The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park crosses the Potomac River onto the West Virginia side to Doe Gulley's west and it also lies directly across the river from it.

The fire that destroyed the Morgan County, W. Va., courthouse last month has prompted lawmakers to question whether other counties are insuring such buildings adequately.
State Senate Finance Committee Chairman Walt Helmick believes most county commissions in West Virginia don't have enough insurance on their courthouses to pay for them if they are destroyed by fire.
The second floor of the historic Morgan County Courthouse was destroyed by fire early Tuesday and two nearby buildings housing the sheriff's office and the county commissioners' office were damaged.
