		The Morlocks are said to have descended from humans, although they have evolved to become a completely different species by the 8028th century.
		When he first encounters a Morlock, the Time Traveller begins to piece together a new image of the future world of 802,701 A.D. The Morlocks and the Eloi have something of a symbiotic relationship: the Eloi are clothed and fed by the Morlocks, and in return, the Morlocks eat the Eloi.
		The Morlocks of the movie originated from the humans that sought shelter underground after an attempt at destroying a lunar colony sent the moon crashing to Earth.

		I'm a relatively newcomer to the Marvel universe, having always held comics (indie x's, graphic novels, or otherwise) at arm's length because I have a lot of distaste for the choppy, uber soap opera nature of the pulp form.
		It used to be that when a comic book character went through a significant change that usually meant they changed their costume, suddenly developed new powers, or if someone they cared for died tragically.
		Illustrating styles in comic books may have changed since it was published, but the fundamentals are the same, and there's no one better to teach them than Buscema.

		I could've sworn that this is almost the same premise as Geoff John's "Morlocks" mini from last year.
		Not only is it similar to Geoff Johns Morlocks mini series, it's also similar to te Mutie mini series and (to a certain extent) the canceled Brotherhood series.
		The general public already thinks comics are just for kids as it is. To mix together images of kids with erotica on a mainstream book is a recipe for disaster...and a train-wreck just waiting to happen.

		This was a pretty basic, paint by the numbers first issue as we're clumsily introduced to characters with unnecessary 'codenames' and costumes and hints to a larger story are dropped.

		When this issue was reprinted in Marvel's Greatest Comics, Stan had the figure of Jack changed to be Stan standing further away so that he got all the credit.
		I found this to be a very strange comic what with the creators appearing within, the FF bickering amongst themselves, the eerie mind transfer that Doom effected.
		The Morlocks of the X-Men comics should be the main focus because the discription of the Morlocks discribe them as something very different in physical features to humans.

		You’d think the principle interest would be Magneto and his family, but we see too little of them.
		The art is making me flash back to Bachalo’s stint on New X-men, when the boys went searching for the Weapon X satellite, where we were supposed to sort of see an ersatz JLA of super-soldiers designed by AIM to take down mutants.

		The first comic book I ever bought was a Charlton issue of Hanna Barbera's Speed Buggy.
		There was an issue of a Charlton hod-rodder comic called "World of Wheels" that was in the bathroom of my Grandparents house every time I visited for years, that I never bothered to read.
		Not strictly a comic book, but one day I will watch the movie "Orca" with Richard Harris and Charlotte Rampling that was advertised to death on the back cover of Marvel Comics in 1977.
