		The community of Morrison is conveniently located in scenic Northwest Illinois at the junction of Illinois State Route 78 and US Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) and is 6 miles North of Interstate 88.
		Morrison is only 13 miles east of the Mississippi River, which has many fine wildlife sanctuaries and parks along its banks.
		The county fair is held in Morrison at the end of summer, and the Hammer Festival occurs in the fall.
