  Moshcore
Moshcore is a style of metalcore, derived from hardcore featuring guitar-based instrumentation, basic chord progressions, aggressive 4/4 rhythms and assertive vocals.
Moshcore is created and played mostly for mosh dancing in a "mosh pit", which can be a violent activity involving high impact body contact (and some physical risk).
Moshcore is considered as the simplest expression of metalcore, with songs averaging around one or two minutes in length and written in a tradition closer to 1980s hardcore with traditional elements such as mosh breakdowns and singalongs, but the guitars have a more metallic edge.

You can take any band out there and tell your friend it is the heaviest thing he has ever heard, only to find a new band the next week that owns that title, and so on and so forth.
This So-Cal straight-edge moshcore group spends their entire lives brutalizing anyone that stands in their way, and they do it with a growing efficiency with each new album.
Granted, if you are also like me, then you don’t exactly listen to this genre of music for the lyrics, but more for the sheer adrenaline rush that comes from the constant blasts of explosive noise.

You will find it to be the epitome of everything you hate about tough-guy moshcore.
Terror in themselves are not really that inventive of a band, they just make music that is about as pleasant to listen to as getting hit by cars “Meet Joe Black” style.
Yet, at the same time, for people that can tolerate the tough-guy moshcore sound, Terror does a pretty good job of making it good.

Personally, I prefer to put my hate into practice, rather than theory, but I have to say that for the metal'd out moshcore that this album reminds me of, most of it's pretty good.
The songs all sound the same, to the point that having more than two songs on here is redundant, and I get the feeling that this is the moshcore equivalent of Darkthrone's Transilvanian Hunger.
This is not helped by the fact that this album is at the perfectly wrong speed: too fast to be total doom, but too slow to disguise any monotony of the actual music.

In fact when it comes to metal and hip-hop flavored "tough guy" moshcore BIOHAZARD barely register as a force anymore.
There are countless bands plying their trade with this style of music and many are leaner, meaner, and simply better than BIOHAZARD.

Bloody Sunday's To Sentence the Dead is a botched attempt at the Hatebreed/Cast Aside/Slayer-type moshcore so popular these days.
Expect tons of mid-pace chugga chugga riffs, a harsh vocal delivery, gang vocals, and a few nods to the old school.
Again, they play pretty standard moshcore, but there are a few variances here and there.
