I ran this video past a friend who works for a bus conversion company and it's his opinion that the unusually thick insulation in the engine compartment that some J4500's have is "masking" some or all of the noise from the turbo causing it to sound like anything but a DDEC 60.
Im not arguing with you I'm no bus expert but i try to learn as much as i can and i heard a CAT C13 and i think thats what this bus may have.
