  MozillaZine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
MozillaZine is a popular unofficial website about the Mozilla project and is considered to be the main site of the Mozilla community (which also includes sites such as mozdev.org and XulPlanet).
In the spirit of open source, MozillaZine allows its content to be translated into different languages by anyone who has the time to spare.
MozillaZine also syndicates its content via Atom and RSS feeds.

While Mozilla.org has been redesigned and it's flagship applications rebranded, MozillaZine still sports the same basic design it has had since as far back as I can go (1999).
MozillaZine fit perfectly, not only with it's forums but with it's [much] more updated news and information.
Making this change, re-branding MozillaZine and the aforementioned sites as the Mozilla Alliance, can only help the community to better understand what Mozilla is and how it can help them.

 gfxOasis -> [help] Can't Connect To Mozillazine Forums...
I have chatted with a colleague via MSN Messenger, and copied and pasted the 'exact' link that I have always used in the past with complete success, and he was able to connect to the Mozillazine Forums (he only uses IE6) without issues...
What the heck is going on, all other browsing (forums, ect.) are fine in both browsers except Mozillazine Forums...
Mozillazine has recently moved our forums to a new machine! If you are seeing this your host has not upgraded it's dns servers.

I guess the original hole was partially fixed, leaving only the title of the article visible.
MozillaZine rarely gets information in advance (they only knew of the name because Kerz came up with it), but it could be damaging if any info they did have got out early.

Unfortunatly, the site is shutdown because they cant affort the 4000 USD they need for the server to run their forum..
Well it is text, along with graphics (the buttons and stuff) Now think of it like this, everytime you view the forums, it has to come up with all that.
It may not be much if only one person is viewing it at a time, but the Mozillazine site and forums were hammered when Firefox and Thunderbird come out.

I am a researcher myself (www.oulu.fi/bioprocess), and see MozillaZine folding team in that same light.
I calculated it and posted this in another area of the site, but the basic idea of it is that 75% of Mozillazine folding power comes from their top 5 folders, whereas our top 20 only make up about 50% of our power.
This means that we are indeed a much more evenly-spread team, and with our larger pool of folders (about 3X as many) are much more cumbersome.

As always, the best place to keep up to date with the unofficial builds are The Burning Edge, the MozillaZine Firefox builds forum, and the MozillaZine Thunderbird builds forum.
Hot off the mozillazine forums: Scott MacGregor has announced that the first set of 0.5 test builds are now available for Win32.
Expect Milestone 0.5 to be released within the week or the next as per this announcement by Scott on the updated roadmap and 0.5 plans.

I looked and we did not have a plugin for MozillaZine yet, so I made a copy and altered the code in the plugin to make it work with MozillaZine and made an image for MozillaZine then ran another search from both sites.
Such useless advertising for someone searching MozillaZine with Mozilla on an OS that you can't even install Internet Explorer on, but back to the topic at hand.
I think Ricky was working on MozillaZine, so I posted the plugin non-public, so you can try it.

Part of the point of my post is that it ain't good advertising for a browser to have its own (texturizer) sites, plus the forum (Mozillazine), run slower than any other sites on the Internet.

Jessee, who runs the Burning Edge, suggested to contact 'kerz' via IRC, but I do not have his IRC server #/address...
So I then emailed this other member, and see that it is a Mozillazine Forum issue...why it works/connects fine for some, and not connects for others is anyone's guess...
So now, I can only wait for an email reply, and keep checking the Burning Edge's Comment Section for March 6....Hmmmmmm...
