Sebagai paparan, bagaimana muhafazah Damanhur yang menerima kehadiran pelajar baru yang agak ramai pada tahun ini hanya mencatatkan kelulusan 1/3 daripada jumlah pelajar baru yang hampir menjejaki 80 orang.
Begitu juga Mansuora, sebuah lagi muhafazah yang mencatat bilangan jumlah pelajar baru yang agak ramai, turut mencatatkan keputusan yang agak merosot berbanding tahun lepas.
Muhafazah Tanta pula yang terkenal sebagai "maqar jaid" dikalangan azhari turut menerima tempias yang sama apabila peratus kelulusan di kalangan pelajar baru hanya menghampiri angka 50 peratus sahaja, suatu keadaan yang belum pernah berlaku sebelum ini.
