		In determining the composition of the multidisciplinary evaluation team, the evaluator should consider the concerns expressed by the parent regarding the child's development, information available from the referral source (e.g., diagnostic information, medical/developmental history, etc.), and screening results if a screening was conducted.
		The multidisciplinary evaluation team is responsible for ensuring that all required components of the evaluation are completed, and may rely on existing records for components of the evaluation to the extent these records are current and appropriate.
