Carycomix : According to a "Space Ghost FAQ" website, HANNA-BARBERA TV-STARS # 3 (Marvel Comics, Dec. 1978) featured a story in which SG met an eccentric old man named Nathaniel Pilgreem.
There are entire sites out there dedicated to doing just that, notably Outpost Gallifrey's Canon Guide, and Stripping Down, which covers the bulk of the Doctor's Marvel comic adventures.

 Chronology.Net - A Multiverse of Discourse
It is meant to be a description of the Marvel x-titles and related books arranged in order of continuity, and be an index to said books at the same time with synopsis, creator credits, and characters.
This site is not affiliated with Marvel Entertainment Group, who are the TM and copyright holders of the 'X-Men' and associated characters.
When this is complete I expect to have a fan-edited resource with full citations that lists fiction from a wide range of media from around the world, cross-referenced with information on creators of said works, character appearances, crossovers, timelines, publication dates, and so on.

This would include such realms as the New Universe, Earth-Shadowline, etc. These realms lack the cosmic beings of the mainstream Multiverse, yet they are still more closely tied to other Marvel Universes than those of other comic lines (such as DC).
We have coined the term Megaverse to include realms associated with a particular line of comics, etc., but outside of the Multiverse.

Unlike DC Comics, who uses the idea that interference with time by villains caused reality to reboot a few times, Marvel simply assumes that the stories happen in the space of years instead of decades; this is known as a sliding timescale.
As mentioned under history, the Marvel Universe is really a multiverse, with several universes coexisting simultaneously without affecting each other directly.
What happens on Earth in the main Marvel Universe would normally have no effect on what happens on a parallel Earth in another Marvel-created universe.
