Von Murmansk kann man mit Schiffen und den öffentlichen Bussen Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen oder mit einem internationalen Bus in wenigen Stunden ins finnische Rovaniemi oder ins norwegische Kirkenes fahren, wo man wieder Anschluß zu Zügen und Bussen in andere Teile Skandinaviens hat.

I guess you mean the city of Murmansk, which is situated inside the Murmansk Fjord, which might be frozen in winter.
Well some mistakes are there, Murmansk is not always ice free and they do not rely on that port either, since it's way too far from the "rest" of the country, the area where food and other supplies may be needed.

The oil drift simulations provide information on the area of influence from possible major oil spills in conjunction with tanker transport in the area of concern, while the response analysis will form the basis for setting up a framework and guidelines for preparing an oil spill plan for the area.
