This is a very rare and difficult plant to find in the US.
I am able to grow these under 30% shade all year using a soil mix consisting of 1 part peat moss to 1 part sand or perlite.

Sorry, but I don't recognize either of the two as a murraya - a Murraya Paniculata.
but it is hard to say without a close up, but defenitly not Murraya paniculata, although there are other types.
The first tree is a vitex (we locally call them Mulawin) and the other one is a Murraya Exotica (just got the name from another forum and we locally call them Kamuning Binangonan.)
