Murrayfield Stadium (capacity 67,500) in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh, is the home of Scottish Rugby and a name known throughout the rugby world.
Murrayfield is located in the west-end of Edinburgh, just off Corstorphine Road and close to the Edinburgh Zoo.
Murrayfield will also host select matches from the 2007 Rugby World Cup and has been selected by nearby football club Heart of Midlothian F.C. as the venue for their UEFA Champions League campaign in the 2006/2007 season to maximise potential attendance.

(Murrayfield is also used as a venue for other events, including music concerts.) Edinburgh's professional rugby team, the Edinburgh Gunners, play in the Celtic League at Murrayfield.
Previously Edinburgh was represented by the Murrayfield Racers and the Edinburgh Racers.
The club play their home games at the Murrayfield Ice Rink and are currently the sole Scottish representative in the Elite Ice Hockey League.
