  Micronesia Music Anthology
The people of Micronesia migrated out of Asia some five thousands years ago and settled the islands of the present day Micronesia which, with the exception of Kiribati, straddling the equator, are all in the Northern Hemisphere.
Micronesia includes the following countries: the Republic of Kiribati, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia comprising Kosrae, Pohnpei, Chuuk, Yap, as well as the Republic of Palau, Saipan and Guam.
This music employs very few instruments with the main instruments being conch shell horns, sticks, and the "box" which is beaten by a multitude of hands to provide a beat to accompany the singing which always predominates.

The traditional music of Micronesia was composed utilizing mythology, magic, rituals and closely guarded procedures handed down from one generation to the next.
Music can be heard in the early morning while the toddy cutters are at work, in the babai or taro pits, and until late at night to the accompaniment of the traditional dance.
The origins of traditional music are generally quite obscure with the music having been handed down by older folk to the younger children.

Title 50, as amended by Public Law 12-65, made changes to the immigration laws which were put into practice after the law was amended and are now included in the new regulations.
The changes include requirements for how a non-citizen may change their entry permit status, some exemptions to the immigration requirements for citizens of the Marshalls and Palau and a requirement that non-citizens pay fees for entry permits.
