Music of My Mind was ranked at number 284 in Rolling Stone's Top 500 albums of all time list from November 2003.

Whisper this quietly, so as not to offend lovers of Stevie's other epc 70's work, but Music of My Mind is a close second only to Songs in the Key of Life.

I began to learn what real music is. Music that comes from the heart and gives you a glimpse of a person's soul.
Super Woman is probably my favorite becuase of the powerful vocals on the second half, but Happier than the Morning Sun moves me to tears every time I hear it.
It's better and more complete than "Talking Book" in my view, It doesn't quite match up to the best parts of "Innervisions" or "Songs in the Key of Life" but this is still a must have album.
