		My bill is going to make failure to comply with an inspector's written orders subject to a fine of $5,000 for individuals and up to $10,000 for corporations.
		I want to thank my other colleague from Scarborough West for his support; the Attorney General for his support of this; the member for York Mills, who is an advocate obviously of the humane treatment of animals.
