  [KFCC] My Lucky Stars Review
However, in the case of ‘My Lucky Stars’, there is some false advertising in effect, because for the most part this movie belongs to the ‘Lucky Stars’, a gang of comedians who fail to amuse.
My Lucky stars certainly isn’t as good as it’s sequel, ‘Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars’, which was average at best, and is nothing more than a plotless ‘comedy’ book-ended by some half decent Kung Fu action.
The action scenes in ‘My Lucky Stars’ are worth checking out, but to claim that this is a Chan/Biao/Hung movie is simply a lie.

Ipecac Recordings - The Lucky Stars
The Lucky Stars play raucous good time dance music that sets the mood for a rollicking Saturday night on the town, as well as their very own brand of heart-broken blues that can provide the perfect soundtrack for the inevitable Sunday morning hangover.
Fittingly, The Lucky Stars are based in Hollywood, the town in which this music reached the height of its popularity via the burgeoning film industry.
Described as "kick-ass" and "heart-warming " by young and old respectively, The Lucky Stars appeal to diverse audiences, and are equally comfortable performing for a room of WWII veterans at The Elk's Lodge or opening for an all-ages Melvins' show at the Whiskey A Go-Go (which is, incidentally, how they got their record deal).

STAR may be the biggest tax cut in New York history, but it is not automatic for co-op owners.
According to the Department of Finance, “The Basic STAR Exemption is available to all residential property owners, regardless of age or income, as long as they use the property as their primary residence.” The term “primary residence,” however, does not come with an ironclad definition—at least not insofar as the Department of Finance is concerned.
The city’s STAR Web site states that anyone who “misrepresents his or her primary residence, age or income may be subject to a $100 penalty, prohibited from receiving the STAR exemption for five years, forced to return up to three years of tax savings, or be subject to a criminal prosecution.”

In the postings to joel, there was no discussion of the accuracy of my advice to joel.
Much of my advice comes from knowledge on other cars, and belt driven overhead cam engines are definitely prone to being screwed by rotating the wrong direction.
This puts the tension adjusting side of the cam drive, which is normally "unlaoded" except for tensioner pressure, in direct tension, which compresses the can belt tensioner and allows slop to build in the other side of the belt which is normally a staight shot in pur tension.

dOc DVD Review: My Lucky Stars (1985)
My Lucky Stars dumbs things down a little, throwing in some simple-minded comedic elements amidst the signature fight scenes, and the appeal of this film comes more from their cornball antics than anything else.
Extras Review: Other than a pair of trailers for My Lucky Stars (labeled "new" and "original"), and some previews for City Hunter, In The Line of Duty 4, Hong Kong 1941, all that's here are 20 chapter stops and optional English subtitles.
The odd elements come together in spots (it is sometimes actually rather funny), but My Lucky Stars forsakes extensive martial arts in favor of the bumbling and cartoonish antics of Hung and his gang.
