Azarov believes there was no need to review this year's budget in spring.
At the same time, Azarov said that the Party of Regions is currently hammering out recommendations to the Cabinet of Ministers, which, in particular, will offer steps to reduce tax pressure, measures to boost export and continue tax reform.
