Myriam Boileau of Montreal was second with 464.37 points, followed by Victoria's Tori Kennedy (454.59), who used to live in Calgary.
Boileau came in leading her provincial rival by two points after the semifinal dives and had the lead after two dives.
Boileau, 26, returned to diving from back surgery which repaired two herniated discs which kept her out of diving for a year and a half.

Canadian Myriam Boileau put herself in position to add a first gold to her cache of Commonwealth Games diving medals on Friday, leading the standings in the women's 10m platform after the preliminary round.
She shared second place with Boileau after the first dive, and moved into first place ahead of the Canadian on the second, on which they both did an inward 1 1/2 somersault.
But Boileau wrested the lead away with her third dive - a handstand - and extended it when she closed with a superb twisting dive.
