"Mysticist" is not in the dictionary, but I would contend that "mysticist" exists as a word (one who practices the behavior of a mystic, specifically as distinct from being one, and thus a slightly derogatory term).
Likewise, from there, "mysticistical[ly]" is subtly different semantically from "mystical[ly]".
I grant that on first hearing the audience might be puzzled by the words, but if they take the trouble to apply the standard rules of English their meaning (and the intended distinction from the more common words) should be clear.

Personally I feel that a tantrically liberated combination of the christian approach (with a personal contact with the source of creation) with the buddhistic approach (in which compassion with all living beings and meditation is intellectually argued for in strong ways) can be a good basis for the foundation of new symbol-making.
