 North Fringe Developments
It is situated in the vicinity of the Malahide Road/N32 junction and immediately north and northeast of Darndale.
Permission has been granted for this development in two phases, with phase two under appeal to An Bord Pleanála. Work is imminent on the road at the northern end of the site and on some residential units within the Fingal area.
This North Fringe Action Area Plan was approved by the Council in 2000 and forms the basis for all development in this City Council area.
