We are considering a move to Atsugi Naval Air Facility in Japan.
Atsugi is close to Tokyo and Yokohama, as well as Yokota AFB and Yokosuka NB(each have better commissaries and exchanges than Atsugi)
I would say that Atsugi is the smallest of the bases in the area.

YOKOSUKA, Japan -- The U.S. Navy announced Oct. 27 that Sea Control Squadron 21 (VS-21 “Redtails”), based at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan, will be disestablished effective Feb. 28, 2005.
The squadron’s S-3B “Viking” aircraft will be flown from NAF Atsugi back to the United States in November of 2004, where squadron personnel will carry out disestablishment procedures.
The disestablishment is part of the U.S. Navy’s plan to phase out the 25-year-old S-3B, which is nearing the end of its service life.
