		The Louisiana Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus was triumphant when the Louisiana Legislature unanimously passed SB 30, a “No Net Loss” of public hunting and fishing lands bill.
		S.329, a bill introduced by Louisiana Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus Co-Chair Senator Joe McPherson (D-Woodworth), is modeled after legislation promoted and distributed by the National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucus designed to remove barriers to first time hunters by allowing for a one time exception to go hunting without taking the long hunter education course.
