| | New Zealand Dairy Workers Union: News: DWU Agrees on Drug Policy with NZ Dairy Foods - 03 December 2003 |
 | | People affected by alcohol and/or drugs are a safety hazard to themselves, to all others at the workplace, to members of the public whom they might encounter during work, to their families and the wider community, and to NZDF's consumers. |
 | | That in all dealings with an individual worker, workplace delegates, representatives, and each other, both NZDF and NZDWU must at all times act in accordance with the principles of good faith as enunciated in the Employment Relations Act 2000. |
 | | If a worker fails to take advantage of an agreed Union-employer EAP programme and if the worker is subsequently stood down once more in a 12 month period, and, if the worker still fails to take advantage of an agreed EAP, then the worker shall receive a final written warning. |
