Nagarjun took part in the Ambari farmers' struggle and was arrested and jailed on 20 February 1939.
It is impossible to separate Nagarjun from Bihar--it pervades his poetry and fiction and is indeed the nest to which the aging falcon returned after each short or wide gyre.
Bihar is India and India is Bihar and the poems of Nagarjun mirror and critique the exasperating contradictions, daunting challenges, perpetual tragedy and sundry triumphs of this synonymous duality.

Nagarjun was born as Baidyanath in a Maithil Brahmin family of Mithila region of Bihar in 1911, he grew to become a restless traveler, a Sanskritist, classicist scholar, poet and religious rebel.
His association with the legendary Hindi litterateur and Buddhist scholar Rahul Sankrtyayana led him to travels to Sri Lanka and conversion to Buddhism.

My point is that it's doubtful either of the missing women would have just decided to go for a walk in Nagarjun alone and it would not be recommended for any other woman to do so, either alone or at the invitation of a relative stranger.
