Hiroshi......i just did a click on the Railcam here in Nagoya and first shot showed this movement......very strange...i was lucky to see it as it would have gone in a few more seconds.......
In 1959, Nagoya Railroad Co.,Ltd., “Meitetsu” had introduced class 5500 with Air conditioner on board, that is the very first attempt for Ltd. Express Service.
Basically it was same as class 5200 but in order to mount air conditioning units on the roof, the roof line got lowered a bit to accommodate the height of the units.

The Nagoya Tetsudo, known as Japan as Meitetsu, operates a 1.067 mm gauge rail network in the Nagoya region as well as a tram system in Gifu city, which is situated 30 km north of Nagoya.
The system began operation in February 1911 with the opening an 24.9 km interurban line from the centre of the Gifu to Mino, known as "Mino Denki Kido" line.
