  Nakano Seigo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nakano Seigo (中野 正剛 Nakano Seigō, 1886-October 1943) was a Japanese political leader who advocated a fascist Japan to complete the Meiji Restoration.
Nakano sought to bring about a rebirth of Japan through a blend of the Samurai ethic, Neo-Confucianism, and populist nationalism modeled on European fascism.
Nakano formed the Kokumin Domei (National Alliance) with Adachi Kenzo in December of 1932.

The dictionary takes some getting used to; I read the instructions but in the end I had to be taught how to look things up in it.
For just Japanese dictionaries, the best basic one out there is the Random House Japanese-English English-Japanese Dictionary by Seigo Nakano.
This one uses Romaji (Japanese to English transliterations, that is, Japanese expressed in the Roman alphabet), so if you don’t know any of the Kana, this is the way to go.
