While the foundation may have provided the inspiration, the province’s tribal elders, intellectuals, and university professors are the people who have taken the reigns and are the driving spirit.
As this form of justice begins to take hold in the province, it will be a prime example of how Afghans can solve their own problems and strengthen their own security and it will serve as a warning to those who may be considering violence to solve disputes.
