Glass eel artificially produced, first in the world
The National Research Institute of Aquaculture, Fisheries Research Agency, based in Mie Prefecture's Nansei Town, has succeeded in artificially producing glass eel for the first time in the world.
The seedling of eel has so far been secured by catching natural glass eel.
