Naoki Maeda - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Naoki Maeda (前田尚紀 Maeda Naoki), more commonly called simply Naoki, is a Japanese music composer and producer who works for Konami.
Little information on Naoki is revealed officially: for example, on an interview with several music producers released in the DDRMAX USA booklet, Naoki's profile was the least complete, not revealing his age or how much time he's been working for Konami.
He's also worked together with many other artists: Naoki is the composer and producer for the group BeForU, and with jun (Junko Karashima and remixes with Sota Fujimori) he makes some songs under the name TËЯRA; along with dj TAKA he worked on "Kakumei", a remix of Chopin's "Revolutionary Etude".

"Maeda Ai was one of the most important critics and scholars of Japanese literature of the postwar period," says Frederic Kotas, Japanese bibliographer for the library's Wason Collection on East Asia.
The Maeda Collection consists of approximately 13,000 volumes, including early postwar publications and early Japanese translations of European literature that are almost impossible to obtain today.
The acquisition of the Maeda Collection will enhance Cornell's reputation as a center for the study of modern Japanese literature and culture.

Technical players will often practice the most difficult songs for extended periods of time, while freestyle players will choose songs on lower difficulty levels, as to accommodate their desires for easier movement.
Music in DDR comes from two primary sources: songs licensed from, although not limited to, Toshiba-EMI's Dancemania collections, and music made specifically for the Bemani series by in-house artists such as Naoki Maeda and "Scotty D" (Konami translator Scott Dolph).
Most songs average between one and two minutes long, and may be edited from their original length to accommodate this limit.

In addition to the licensed material, many are actually original works, created by the Konami sound team.
Naoki Maeda is DDR's main sound producer, and he's credited for many, if not ALL of the original Konami-based songs (or at least partial credit, anyway - he works under many different aliases).
The best out of 3rd Mix’s selection is undoubtedly the slamming "Dynamite Rave." Even the name in itself explodes with intensity, as the song drives killer beats, and booming hip-hop techno lyrics.
