		Anyways i think naruto is the fourth hokage who performed that final jutsu made himself into a ball of mass that the demon fox was submerged into, and a baby was created from it.
		He simply would not give up and worked hard to get where he currently is, which is one of the major themes in the series; that anyone, regardless of their status in life, can achieve their dreams if they try hard enough.

		Naruto was obviously faster than regular Lee cause Sharingan 2 couldn't predict his blows, Sharingan lvl 3 can do that though so it is very safe to assume that Sasuke can easily dodge Neji's pretty slow compared to Lee / Naruto LVL 3's hits).
