NASUA is a lead partner with the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging in the AoA-CMS funded Medicare Rx Community Based Enrollment Assistance Campaign.
The campaign's goal is to support the national aging network in providing outreach, education, and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries on the new Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit and the low income subsidy.

Nasua nasua is a procionid with broadly distributed in South America, ranging from Colombia and Venezuela to Northern Uruguay and Argentina.
It is diurnal, scansorial and omnivore, feeding mainly on invertebrates and fruits (Redford and Stearman, 1993; Gompper and Decker, 1998).
Since females of Nasua nasua rejoin the groups when pups are around 5-6 weeks of age (Emmons, 1990), it appears that the birth period in the PECB is October-November and as, the gestation period is 74-77 days (Gompper and Decker, 1998), the mating season must be in August-September.
